Week
Fifteen Player Reports
Mark - His team playing noticeably different over the last few weeks, Mark has ramped up his scoring production big time. In Week Fifteen, he put up 37 points and snagged 12 rebounds. But, yet again, it took every inch of his effort for Brown to sneak by a Yellow team that probably won't make the playoffs. Brown had the first seed locked up before the game even started, but with the regular season almost in the rearview mirror, they'll have to figure out a way to return to the dominance that they played with over the first half of the season. Otherwise, some other less-than-deserving team might snake away the championship that belongs to them.
Jerry - Another
double-double
for Geraldo Hahn, with 11, 10, and 5 assists.
You might as well put
Rob - Stumbling his
way to the
post-season, Rob put up perhaps his worst performance in his three
years as a HatchetBaller.
He scored
a season-low 16 points. More
importantly, his team got beaten badly once again.
Now, his second seed is in danger going into
Week Sixteen. Obviously, he'll still
make the playoffs either way, but with his team playing this poorly,
you have
to think
Matt K - The short-lived, mid-season offensive outburst by Matt seems to be firmly over. He got skunked in Week Fifteen for zero points, though he did manage 7 rebounds, 4 assists, and 3 blocks. To be fair, though, his team didn't really need him to score, so his lack of scoring made almost no difference.
Matt V - Speaking of
turnarounds, this creaky old mustard-packer has at least gotten himself
back to
his usual, shitty standards of production.
He hit three 3-pointers and finished with 11 points in Light
Blue's run
away win over Team Crapczyk.
I mean, you can't ask much more out of him,
so let's give him a little credit. And
if you feel uncomfortable giving him any credit at all, just go ahead
and watch
his Highlight Reel. You'll instantly
feel better.
